Level 4: The Harold | Wednesdays, 7-930p

The final course of the core curriculum focuses explicitly on The Harold. Students will unpack each component of the form and the goals, options, and effective methods therein. They will analyze how scenic energy and pace affects the show as a whole and how expanding and combining comedic concepts makes the show cohesive, compelling, and entertaining. This course has an additional class performance between Weeks 7 & 8.

Instructor Bio | Ben Scurria is a improviser with over 20 years experience performing and teaching, all over the country. You can currently see him performing with his team Babe, on Friday and Saturday nights in The Weekend Show. He thinks you’re great.
